We focus on your thoughts and feelings in an effort to understand how they relate to your behaviour, and thus, personal values, beliefs and goals.

In addition, we pay specific attention to your relationships, and how they affect your self-esteem, happiness and growth. Personal challenges might include; major life events, grief & trauma, family dynamics, marriage, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, emotional regulation & behavioural changes.

Family Counselling


Families can be a source of love, comfort and strength, but with that same token, they can also be a source of stress, anxiety and confusion.

We handcrafted and tailored these sessions to help parents, adolescents, and children strengthen their connections, interpersonal communication and ultimately, relationships with one another.

Paying particular attention to parenting styles, we use attachment theory, positive discipline, non-violent communication, cognitive behaviour therapy and psychotherapy methodologies, to help identify potential objectives and resolutions.
