INNER CARE is dedicated to what we like to call the 5 C’s:

Responding to pain, sorrow and difficulty with kindness and generosity. The ability to understand, embrace and care about one’s own pain and that of others, as well as supporting alleviation and relief.

Sharing and learning, while immersing ourselves in a mutual purpose.

Choosing a path of growth, with purpose. Embracing vulnerability, selecting potential over comfort, and foreseeing greatness through difficulty.

The ability to observe and reflect on behaviours, habits, impulses and reactions, in an effort to better understand thoughts, emotions and mental state.
